Educator Effectiveness (DPI and EP Models)
Strong Shared Leadership, Positive Culture, and Strong Universal Level of Support are supported by a strong Educator Effectiveness system implementation in your district. CESA #12 consultants are equipped to help your leaders implement a strong support system for teacher and leader growth in either model for Educator Effectiveness. To remain in compliance with state expectations for educator effectiveness, districts need to complete the Educator Effectiveness Cycle for mandated educators as defined by Act 166.
CESA #12 provides State funded technical assistance to district and school leaders responsible for implementing Act 166 which includes technical assistance, resources, communication, and implementation services to support local implementation of the Educator Effectiveness System.
CESA #12 also offers a service for an outside evaluator to support leaders in collecting local educator data of their effectiveness in domains and standards to ensure your students are getting the most highly effective teachers possible by collecting quality data to inform individuals in areas of strength, growth and support.
